How do you edit the aspects of the page that are not content-specific (ie, menu name, page name, etc)?
At the bottom of the screen there are a series of icons. The first one, "Page Settings" allows you to edit all of this information. Watch the Page Settings screencast for a tour of the Page Settings panel.
I have a large site and find it cumbersome to have to navigate through the actual menus to find the page I want to edit.
In some cases, the Site Manager (the second-from the left icon at the bottom of the screen) might be the best way to get to the page you would like to edit.
There are pages on my site that are not linked to from the site at all. How do I get to these?
The Site Manager will give you a tree-based view of all of the pages in your site.
